could be a bit of oil leaking onto the flywheel from the rear crank seal. this can cause the clutch to skip sometimes.

If you have a clutch cable then it has to be set as per Haynes manual, with a small U shaped loop on the flexible rubber bit of the cable alongside the gearbox. Without this small loop you can get judder when pulling away.

is the clutch aligned properly, also seen the fork that pulls the thrust bearing back and too fail.. best to have a look in the bell housing this will give you the answers you need. you can drop the gear box without disconnecting the drive shafts, just undo the bell housing bolts and the mount at tyhe other end and it should pull back and down, space is limited but you should be able to get a look in this way you can see any contamination, you may need to tilt the engine a tad.
as has already been said you need that loop in the rubber bit at the back.
have you taken the cable out and checked it isnt knacked?
