Hi everyone.

I've just signed after seeing some of your stickers on vans at Stonham Barns last weekend.
Nice site.

Anyway, I've been having a few problems with my dash panel which are now sorted but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is and does in the pic. It wasnt plugged in when i took the dash out but I did find a lose plug laying about. Problem is though the plug is shaped to fit one way in a connector but this clearly is bare! Also the plug will fit either way

cruise control speed sensor in the speedo

petrol/diesel dosent matter.

cruise control was an option. golfs ect used the same unit to get the speed sensor for the trip computer on the dash

not used if you dont have cruise control! in fact thesres normally just a hole

That answers my second question, whats the stalk that says cruise on it!!

Not really that would be pretty rare I guess.
