Wheres the Path ?

Came across this mapping site which looks useful for plotting out lanes and uploading/downloading any gpx files. Nice to have the ordnance survey 50k and Google satellite side by side too.

That is really good. I tried dragging it across the Irish Sea but it doesn't work over here! :( :(

Being new to this off roading thing, well in this country anyway, and not having used OS maps, which are the trails we can follow on the maps? I dont want any extreme stuff, just a few green lanes to get us started.

Big Subject! on OS50 maps they are shown as paths with red crosses, on OS25 they are green crosses but neither can be relied apon to show legal lanes due to recent reclassifications. Local knowledge from other lane users and/or a call to the local council may be required else you may end up in trouble.
