I used a sharp crewdriver and a small hammer and broke it up into bits, just make sure you get it all out and also don't damage the alloy case which might make getting the new on in tricky.
I read somewhere that you can use a "rawl-bolt" of the appropriate size, you insert it, screw up the bolt until it grips the bush and then pull. I did not have time to go off and buy one (likely from B&Q) so hence my "hack it to bits" approach. It worked fine, though a bit tricky due to lack of space in that area !
Don't forget to soak the new one in oil for 12 to 24 hrs before fitting it.

starter off, obviously haha
then, cloth and screwdrivers of varying length, till you can find one you can get in there to ease the bush out. (you can also use a bolt etc etc) This is easier if the bush has worn....mine had pretty much disintegrated...so the biggest bit came out with the screwdriver, then a cloth wrapped round the screwdriver to get the bits out.
Don't forget to soak the new bush in oil overnight!
Hope this helps,
Em
