Hi all,

I'm losing coolant (sometimes just a little, sometimes quite a lot) from my 1.9 DG. I'm not entirely sure where it's coming from, but seems to be coming from where the water pump pulley is connected to the pump. Is this possible? Would this be a gasket that needs replacing or a new water pump? Or is there another possibility? (maybe a common problem?)

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Yep, leaking from the gland outlet in the bottom. The job's easy enough if stuff's been off before, can be a barsteward if not though

I'll get onto that at the weekend then... hopefully it won't put up too much of a fight!

Yeah mine started to leak from there as a dribble. Took no chances and whipped it off and replaced with new. Not too bad a job even for a novice like me. Hardest bit is getting to the bolts to undo em. Hope yopurs went ok.
