Hello from a new VW T25 Owner,
But with problems.
Could any tell me how to unscrew(haynes manual words) the radius rod from the track control arm as I am trying to replace the radius rod bushes. and my rods stuck fast !
In addition does any one have a 22mm anti roll bar as I am also trying to fit polybushes from brickwerks and guess what I've got a 19mm one deep joy! :(

Have you squirted it liberally with penetrating oil? (not wd40) Thats the first bit, as for the rest I have no idea, but someone will be along soon.

Thanks for the reply. If not wd 40 what penertrating oil do you recomend? in addition to wd 40 I have tried loctite freeze spray, a waste of a fiver in my opinion, it just won't budge! :?

wire brush tie rod threads then wd40 warm the tie rod nut with blow lamp till red hot then undo with ease. If this does'nt work you could split the nut by grinding it thin on oposite sides then striking it with a hammer and chisel till it splits then fit a new nut. plusgas is a good penertraiting oil to use if you dont want to try the above

Angry Thanks for that,
My problem is its the end that is screwed into the track control arm not the end with the bushes attached which came off relatively easily.
However I will try heating it up

Cheers
