Hi

Basically the same method to fit rear windscreen as the front, someone on the inside with a cord inserted into the groove in the seal and someone out side thumping and pushing as you pull the internal rubber lip over the steel seat still takes a few attempts and plenty of tyre soap though and can take a few hours if unlucky.
:ok

I did this a one man job. tail gate up, place the window over the hole and using a plastic tyre lever just worked my way around gently easing it into place. Make sure it doesn't slip through hole and take your time. Took me about twenty minutes.

This might be a stupid question, but once a rear window is removed, can the same one go back in?

The new van came with a double glazed window that used to be fitted, but was never put back when the previous owner got a new rear door. The double glazed window appears a bit warped, so am not 100% it would fit snug, am hoping it will straighten out once fitted

If not, would have to put the old one back.

Is the above worth a try, best left alone.
