Got some empis for the van which have been dry stored over the winter.
On two of the the wheels have bubbled (kind of powder coating I guess they are I believe anthracite) would a good rubbing down and painting with cullulose be ok or 2 k or enamel as usual dont want to spend a fortune but want a pretty good 5 yard result!!
