t25 sliding door groove rust

hi there guys and gals
on a t25 at the bottom with the sliding door if that is rusted and messed up
how hard is it to get a replacement part/panel/door runner, what is required.
im thinking of buying a van that has some bad rust on this part but the rest
of the van is good and cheap (thats important!)
