Any ideas on what my clutch size might be?

Hey hows it going?
Need to replace the clutch on my '85 C reg 1.9 DG petrol WBX - I know the only real way to know is by opening up the gearbox, but what could it most likely be
215mm or 228 Going to get my local (trusted and T25 friendly) garage to do the work, but having never changed a clutch on one of my vehicles before, is it about 6 hours work or slightly less
beginning to realise after about 6 years of having one of these beautities, they need TLC, but its worth it
As somebody put in a post a few days ago, "they ain't like a saxo where you drive them and leave them, there's always somethign that needs adjusting/fixing" I suppose I've been lucky up to now.
