Is there any thing that can be done or is it a replacement?

you will need to replace rob.i tried a few things when my old td did this.to no avail..

i forgot to mention if its a pin hole leak keep your fingers away from it,if running the van.as its under such high pressure it can pierce your skin.not that you would.but worth a mention anyway.
