What wood to use for interior?

Going to be building my interior in a couple of weeks and wondered if anyone has any sugestions to the best wood to use, I'm stuck!!
Not sure of the different qualities between, marine ply, faced ply, mdf, exterior mdf, etc....
Any help advise would be greatly recieved.

marine ply / but good qwality wbp ply is good tad lighter/ cheaper .mdf is ez to work with but youd have to seall it it,s like a sponge if u get wet ,just my bit to get this rolling,,.

Vohringer board is the lightest you will get.its not cheap but its the dogs danglies..http://www.jaccampers.co.uk/3mm_vohring ... boards.htm

Water bonded ply, I think! its just as good as marine ply but loads cheaper!!

Or.....Try (if you have access to a bench saw), running lengths of pine down the blade to create a groove wide enough to accept ordinary or faced hardboard. You can make very lightweight cupboard sides and doors like that. Built my buddy seat like that and its strong and light as a feather. Weight an important consideration when constructing units - keep it simple and light as far as possible.

Exterior grade plywood WBP = Weather and Boil Proof :ok
