advice needed for front window panel replacement

Hello again...I'm about to bite the bullet and replace my front window panel - the part that has the washer jets. Has anyone here fitted their own? How easy is it to remove and fit a new one ? How do I remove the old panel ? I will be doing all this outside so I need to get it done within a couple of days at the most - hopefully done within one day! The reason why I need to replace it is because the whole of the front window has rusted. I will weld the vertical side sections and top following the article by Pepperami found in Wiki. Just wanted to know what sort of job it is to replace the front window lower panel.

I have now taken my T25 to a specialist for a recon engine and as soon as I get it back I will want to get started on this panel replacement.
After that I will repair and weld the side windows as they are rusty as well.

Many thanks.

I have replaced large areas of panel around the top and sides of my van and I would advise you not to rush things, I got a JK van cover and did my front during the winter over a couple of weeks, you are better off taking your time and doing a good job than to rush, it can take over 3 hours just to get the windscreen back in if you do it yourself so intending to replace the panel paint etc is way beyond a days work good luck though.

Its sure not the easiest thing to get at - from outside, and you won't have much if any access from inside either as its double skinned.

As suggested, go slow at that job. I think the workshop manual shows the construction of that area in detail as well as how to replace panels. Could send those if you don't have those pages?
