rubber seals sliding doors

where do they fit?
rubber seal and sliding door
pushed straight on to the lip?
in which case - loose fit/floppy/draughts come in -
or pushed to right hand side?
in which case - slightly less draughty - still loose -
is glue useful to hold in place?

it dosent fit on the door, it goes on the van shell!
you need to roll it it in , so the flat part goes all the way in . once you have mastered it it will need gluing as per factory!
you also need to remove the door to fit it.

The door isnt hard to remove but best with two people, ive done it on my own put its a pain!

probably get berated for this but i cut the new seal so i didn't have to remove door, the one i took off was cut on one of the uprights. so i just copied
