I like the way that guy grabs the van as he teeters for that second.......because having a firm hand on a window brush will stop a couple of ton tipping over.......

what is that eeejit doing! certainly a contender for the action with the highest potential for a pontless and gruesome death award. "HI MA, look at me being squashed by a van"

If u spend that mutch time in a van and messing about u get to know the ins and outs of its reactions. These boys didnt just buy it

.So as a danger point i think people are over reacting a tad.

The UK is overly "be safe" or rap up in cotonwhool whearas there are people out there who live a little. He still has his big front bumper on "indicating"
Sliding out of controle at coney is far more of a danger concerne than that.

there are, but I dont think he is one of them. Standing next to a vehicle on three wheels like that so he could get his grinning mug on camera! Its a shame his stupid genetic code was not removed from the gene pool buy being squashed!

Bob, you know not what you say, Gordon is a Syncro God, his dad helped develop the Syncro in the SA market when Gordon was little, and he's grown up with them. He decided he wanted a Doka, which were never available in SA, so he built his own from parts (that white one). When VW stopped building the Syncro, they got most of the parts from Austria, and were making hand-built Syncros for the SA market for some time after.
As to risk, I'm sure that film was well staged, I'm sure they would have checked out the route before filming and would be aware of the level of risk in the 'posed' shots.

I'm sure he does know what he's doing and the shots were very staged, but the term 'familiarity breeds contempt' springs to mind.

Its quite clear that the van is being driven exceptionally well, but the guy in the blue shirt is a plonker god or no god.

Now if you want to see real plonkers then check this one out.
I don't think he is related to Gordon!

I knew that guy when he was younger, he was always up to antics and his dad was always saying " grow up stupid ".....so he did!
