hi ya, just purchased a pair of 7series bmw leather seats, they are full eletric so require wiring in to adjust, has anyone tried to wire up electric seats on here? some fitting advice would be most greatfull ( the seats have the motors on them which go to one main socket?

i've wired a saab 9000 one straight to the battery but put a in line fused in aswell.Don't know if its right but it works ok

thats what i thought of doing, but then I was told I need relays & blah blah blah
what size inline fuse did you use & did you come straight off both terminals?

about a 15amp i think i'll check later.Just used the existing wireing on the seats and yes i come off both the terminals of the battery.The seats have been in the van now for around two years and never had any probs
