spare wire/connector

Hi guys a bit confused just refitted the tank gearbox and new AAZ engine but seem to have a connector spare to something and not sure what it mates to. when i reinstalled the tank I had three connectors cqable tied to the the chassis near the fuel sender from the loom there one goes to the the sender, one to the reverse light and one to the rear difflock i think? After connecting up the engine have found another similar double connector enclosed by a bigger rubber boot which seems to be without a home and seems to want to go on the other side of the gearbox from the sender sorry have no pics and if description is a bit vague anyone have any ideas?

decoupler wiring normally cable tied to the loom in the nearside wheelarch ?

aah that makes sense any ideas what colour are the wires aidan ?

nope, same plug as difflock with rubber boot, length to reach the front of the nosecone on the side shouldn't be able to confuse difflock one which is longer and reverse is purple and shorter iirc, you should be able to see it hasn't been used just sat there waiting
