Linkages .....again

Dear gang,
I amassed over £200 of bits and pieces from JK and Heritage in order for a garage (BBBC, Bridgend) to refurbish the linkages. However, they returned 2 items which (to me) seemed quite important:-
http://www.justkampers.com/shop/type_25 ... 10894.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and .... http://www.justkampers.com/shop/type_25 ... 11701.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
When I queried this with them, I got this answer:-
"we fitted all the linkage parts we needed the only bits left to replace were the 2 solid bars them selves so as to why there were so many parts left I am not sure I put it down to all the t25 models being different and needing slightly different linkage. No more of the parts can be used even if we wanted the parts may not be a duplicate may just be a very similar part".
Perhaps the ex-owner dicked around with my bus to such a degree that not a lot of the mechanicsis in fact `original` anymore?
This is the same organisation which found it too difficult (lazy?) to replace the gearbox oil as I indicated on another thread.
Oh dear ....woe is me..... such is life I guess.
Eric.
