can any body tell me the way the spring goes on the accelerator pump on the carb ,ive striped my down and it doesnt look right ,the manaul shows it the fat part on the spring by the carb but mine was the fat part but the diaphram please can someone advise

Fat part to carb body so it sits between the locating webs.

thanks a lot for the advise changed it round tonight what a diffence its made .its never been like it since ive had the van
