I currently have a AAZ powered van using the original 1.6 T/D ( JX ) inlet manifole, exhaust and turbo.

Am I correct in thinking there should be a heat shield on the exhaust manifole to protect the inlet manifold ?

I do not have one only the remains or two rusted studs.

Anyone got a picture of what it should look like so I can make one ?
