After removing front grille in preparation for painting, placed in what i thought was a safe place. should have known better,as where is safe!! partner broke it twice!!
have sourced another but fitment is poor and loose. was wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to rectify this problem?

don't really want to buy another, only just received this one! any case i may end up replicating the problem as no guaranteee the same thing will occur.just thought there might be some handy hints/modifications out there to help better fitment. original design appears abit poor. guess i'll need to ponder some more .............
