Eber 12v 24v question?

Is it possible to convert a 24v eber into a 12v eber?

Or is the work involved just too costly?

Keep seeing 24v ones come up for sale quite cheap......

Superb thanks Oldie!!

Is there any significant extra power drain from doing it this way? or is it negligible?

No noticeable difference - I use Webasto's as they are cheaper, easier to get hold of and get spares for, the Airtop 2000 is the one to get. I picked one up for £10.50 off Ebay a couple of weeks ago (just the heater). If you want to run a timer you will need to do some creative electrical work as that laptop adapter has quite a high standby current draw so needs switching on by a relay.
