oil filter

once the engine builds compression bang go,s oil seal at filter iv,e just re gaskited after head stud snap first time i eventualy got her started ran for about 5 minutes pssssh it vomited from oil filter i assumed mabe i didnt check rubber seal anyway stuck new filter on for the hell of it made sure all was looking good the book says hand tight iv,e got big strong hands .can it be too tight? but it did it again tonight altough yesterday i had it running 4 about 10 minutes any ideas? 1.9 dg wbx
hammer was no good i took a big screwdriver with a square shaft gripping this with molegrips managed to undo poked my finger up hole to make sure valve was able to move spring was good reasembled we shall see!run out of oil @ mo 
pah put in oil another filter turn her over bosh gone again!
