As just aken the tank out of my van and had the doka tank lying around thought I'd compare them from what i can see the only difference between a diesel doka tank and diesel van tank is the positioning of the filler hole. the moulding is the same and two holes are made vw just blanked off the hole they didn't use as can be seen in pics below

I can see why your van is slow Paul, the back brakes were binding.... look they are still glowing red

where are you in dublin, your garage set-up looks very familiar, doka one side donor on the other!! only difference your is a syncro, mine isn't!!

Mine is getting a AAZ now too.

kill me, it would be easier than me finishing mine!!!! i found a few more interesting repairs this morning so my quick repairs has now been declared a full restoration!!

yep no worry might try and drag down the others and look for those elusive greenlanes that supposedly exist in the west
