Rear wardrope help?

I have a biege interior westy with the large rear wardrope at the back missing. It was missing when i got the van.
I would like to have the wardrope replaced as its good for storage.
To replace it with a original will cost loads!! and to find one would be a mission in itself.
I could build another and get all the t tim to match the other units.
Can i get the biege colour to match the existing units?
Or should i paint the wood biege?
Or any ideas and help would be great.

You could try Frank first... I just got a kitchen drawer from him which I never thought I'd be able to find by itself!

Hey, I took out the rear wardrobe and top cupboard that attaches to it. Still have both, only snag is that it's in Westy grey. If you fancy it, I'm sure 50 notes would be a good price.

When I built my kitchen cupboards at home, to get a better effect
than pine frames I veneered them in a lovely cherry veneer. The
finish is astounding & it doesn't take a cabinet maker to get this
finish. It's dead easy to glue using wood glue or contact or impact
adhesive stain/dye if need be & then simply varnish over.
You can choose from whatever wood matches the rest of your
van & get the shade somewhere near perfect using woodstain/dye.
Here's a link to the firm I got it from:

Hope this helps.

Do try Frank's Bus Parts too as suggested. Frank knows more about VW buses than anyone I know and if he doesn't have what you want in stock, he can soon find it. He's Anglo/German and regularly makes trips in and out of Germany. A good friend that I haven't seen in a long while!
