Steps

Hi just found out I need my front two steps on my t25 1990 welding / patching is this a common repair ,
and is it on the MOT
because it looks quite rotten .is this reason for concern.

It is common for them to rust

They are not a fail, lets put it this way I dont fail them just advise, but really want doing anyway
