Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a set of adjuster screws and clips for some T25 square headlights? I bought some 2nd hand RHD lights off ebay and the clips are all shot. The ones on my current LHD headlights will snap if I try to remove them!

Any ideas would be really appreciated!

From that I think you need the following parts

255-941-133 x2
255-941-133A x2
255-941-141B x4
244-841-141C x2
191-941-297 x2

The only one that seems to be still available from germany is 191-941-297

Maybe worth a shot?

Thank god I got in and got new ones when I did

I have a complete set of new ones in stock, some are still available, some aren't and some can be repaired depends what's broke, I have a few odd ones as well as the complete set

I priced some from a German trader at last years Dubfreeze, he wanted £16 for a set of adjusters which did one pair of lamps, so 2 sets would be £32, if you can still get hold of them.

I improvised with a set of lamps I bought by using 6mm set screws/washers and nylock nuts.

i bought some from my local vw dealer just before chrimbo.......

yep me too only a couple of quid each

I got some clips from my local dealer - 60p each; try yours. If you have no lock, PM me as I have a few spare.

Only certain ones available (more than one type if you need them all) when I ordered last September

I have been looking for
191941297 the adjuster and clip for the main square headlight bottom adjuster
and
255941141B the top adjuster on the small square headlight, its actually only the plastic bit i'm after

Could anyone help me out with these?

Have you asked VW?

iirc you can still get the backing plates which I think come with adjusters fitted. Not cheap mind
