I was wondering if people knew the best product for cleaning the chrome wheel trims and hub caps.

Autosolve andy a soft cloth and some elbow grease :ok

yup , whs

if the chrome is real pitted try very fine wire wool , use gently with autosol

brillo, cillit bang, bathroom creme cleaner, astonish ..or any mild abrasive cleaner.... even T-cut

I prefere a soft tooth brush ( use the wifes not your own ) and autosolve for pitted stuff first before wire wool :ok

Well, according to Mythbusters, Coca Cola and ordinary litchen foil used as a scub, leaves chrome cleaner standing.

hi there the best thing to use use on chrome is original cream windolene .the pink stuff ive got an lambretta that i put in shows and all the custom boys use it and it doesnt scratch . :ok :ok

absolutely .... used this method on a rusty old bmx frame and its now mint ... only use if you have surface rust though ...
