I got mine here:

I'm really pleased with them, good quality and dead easy to fit.

I can't remember what exactly it cost, but I recall thinking it was quite reasonable. They arrived about 7 working days after ordering them.

There is a bar that slides into the round hole that the jack locates into, and then a stainless allen bolt that fastens it. And a clamp arrangement at the other end. Only downside is that you cant use the standard jack with them in.
I'm Ben by the way, who's Bob!?

Looks good, are they wide enough to use as a leg up into the van?

They're too close to floor height really. Chickenkoop and I are toying with a version that would provide a useful step too and slide out when you open the door and retract when you close it. I think we sussed the mechanics of it but not progressed the project over the winter due to weather and other commitments. It would sit an inch or two lower than these ones.

I made my own out of stainless tubing and Delron lugs that fit into the original jacking points, threaded to take a stainless allen bolt. This holds them in but can easily be removed if jacking required. Wooden domes at each end of the tube
will try to get some pics up later
cheers
