T25 DF Airbox connectors

Help please,

As part of my exhaust replacement I notice the expensive side J tube under the air box had two connectors for ducting, now the air box on these DF's also have two connectors for the same size ducting. Does anyone know whether they are both supposed to hook onto the exhaust?

one of the ducting comes from the switch which will decide whether to take cold air flow of warm from the exhaust and the other connector comes from the cold air supply? is it possible that even the cold air supply is supposed to have some warm air too?

anyone with pictures of the airbox connected to the exhaust properly would be great, when I got my T25 the right hand J tube already had the extra bit of heat exchanger thing completely missing.

That is absolutely brilliant thank you very much for going to so much effort, it is exactly how I imagined it should fit, but I was getting paranoid about collecting too much warm air.

At least this might be the reason why it always stalled during warmup in the cold months.

Thanks again, very helpful. hopefully my ducting should be arriving in a couple of days too.
