Plastic caravelle bumper repairs and structural foam...

Anyone got a good technique or know of a "man who can" for repairing late bumpers? The new arrival has a cracked section about 8" wide x 4" deep, just inboard from the corner piece join, below the raised section.
Just trim the frayed edges and re-glass it, then get them painted all GL stylee? They are black CL ones (1990).

The other thing - where to get high density/structural polyurethane foam. It's usually pale green or pink coloured and you mix then pour it. NOT the builder's stuff as it holds damp and has no strength.
I've tried a chandler's but it's hard to get unless you take a barrel full and that's £££.

Someone must know something about the best way to sort this - unless you've got a good rear bumper going begging?
pm me and save me the effort and mess of playing with resin and glass mat in the cold
