Westfalia mozaik roof fit

I've got Hayden from Panelkraft to paint the roof, cut the hole, fit the frame and hinge the roof. I will finish the rest off at home.
Lance sold me a second hand roof and new frame and bed kit. Lance also marked up my roof from his template.

One hole cut with the nibbler.

Lance's frame screwed into position, this is what takes the 'H' frame and bed.

Nice new hinge plates made. These fit above the head lining and slide inbetween the roof and main body.
Very pleased with this as it makes it very strong.

Three holes drilled per side and the roof bolts up spot on.

Once the luggage rack was bolted on its back to mine to start fitting the bed.
Hayden did a first class job yet again.

I trimmed under the roof with a new grey linning material, looks nice.

Fitted the alley strips to take the canvas.
Fitted the rear bed platform and the fold out bed kit, all fitted very well.
Once this was done I took it all apart for trimming and powder coat.
More photos to follow.
