I dont know why but my 1990 1.6TD has starting to whistle when driving? I think its coming from the turbo. I only think its this cos you can just about here it when driving it before. But now it sounds like a mad police car or a ice cream van. Help needed as i dont want to drive it just incase i make it worse
I hace checked for any broken pipes etc and for any that have fullen off but all is were they should be. Any ideas please or will it be a new/2nd hand turbo or a garage job

Hi all, can anyone help me with this? I have been looking on the net for another Turbo but thet are so expensive. Any help at this point would be good. thanks
