I've got a swivel base that I bought for my T25. It appears to bolt onto the van and then has the seat runners welded onto it but I don't know what it bolts on to as it has nuts welded to the base so must bolt from the underside but can't see anything that could be bolted through? Should there be another part to this?? Can anyone help!! Cheers

maybe you will need to drill some holes

IF it's a standard VW/Westfailure base then there should be a set of 4 captive nuts on bars which slide into the van runners and once the upper part is swivelled to various positions there are holes that line up in the lower part of the base.

never mind that.im pretty certain hes not on about the captive nuts.sounds to me like it has had bolts going from under the van into the base of the swivel.a pic would show weather this is the case or not.

M8 nyloc nuts (13mm spanner) will slide up along the inside of the van seat runners to fasten a base down to. There are holes in the existing runners which line up with original bases. You just have to pop out the anti-rattle plastic jobbies and put them in the swivel runners.

Sorry to say this Holly but it appears to be a generic (fits to all) swivel that's had T25 runners spot-welded in and this will need either ... stripping down and the lower section welding in between the existing runners OR a pair of steel strips welding to it and holes drilling in them to match the holes in the existing van runners ... I did that with a weld-in Westy one so I could bolt it into our Bus.
