Autohomes Kamper Split charge relay

My fridge doesn't work when driving and more importantly my leisure battery does not charge and has gone flat.
I'm wondering if this is the signal wire that has broken but I was looking for the location of the split charge relay to test out that theory and couldn't see where it was?
Anyone know where its located?

My split charge relay is in the passenger battery box with the leisure battery. The fridge relay is behind this cover in the bottom of the cupboard behind the drivers seat. My van is a 'Komet' though so yours may be different...
The relay is fed via an in-line fuse holder to the left of it

I have an autohomes Kamper. My split charge relay is in the engine compartment, fixed to the rear crossmember, on the right hand side, between the engine and the starter battery. Mine didn't work either when I got it, so I replaced it with a double pole relay, one set of contacts for the fridge, and one set for the leisure battery. Much better arrangement.
Hope this helps

Ah yes, forgot to mention mine's a petrol so the batteries are under the seats at the front

That's where my leisure battery is but the wires go straight into the body work. Going to have to take the battery out might be hidden under the battery or something.

Further investigation is that the split charge relay on mine (1988 model) is under the driver seat by the main battery. Whats come off is the signal wire, which is loose behind the fuse box.
It was getting dark when I finally found that with a wire tracer. Interestingly/annoyingly the fix on the wiki is to split the charge light led signal which is an invert of the alternator charge circuit. Thats working just fine, but its behind the dash not in the fuse box where the signal
wire is loose.
I continue the search at the weekend.

I searched in vain for the male space connector or any connector, wire or anything that I could connect to the relay.
The magically useful wire tracer I have showed me that the fuse box had the alternator signal wire so in the end I just I split it, added a fuse and cut off the spade connector and wired them all up and it works as it should.
I now wondering if it ever worked in its 22 year life? I cant see that is was ever connected.
All hail the wire tracer.
