Use a bearing guided slot cutter in your router

A lot more accurate if you have a router table. (hands, therefore slot, tend to wobble a lot without)

Okat, thanks alot, after a little more research what you write seems spot on, 1.5mm seems to be the standard. Although i had a 1.5mm cutter that got stolen and it was an ultra tight fit. Just so people know!
