Brake problem...

My problems all started after i replaced both front callipers following MOT failure (o/s piston seized).
After bleeding the system, all felt ok, but after leaving the van for a few days and then attempting to use it, found the pedal dropped to the floor.
Thought at first maybe I hadn't tightened something up correctly, so re-checked all connections, re-bled system and all seemed ok again.
Few days later, pedal was soft again, so I replaced master cylinder, bleed system again and all ok....or so I thought. After a few days, pedal was soft again.
So, checked all flexibles and found a small bubble in one of the pipes - so replaced both front flexibles, re-bled etc....still the bl**dy same!
Each time I bleed the system, I can see air in the bleed tube at both callipers, but for the life of me can't suss out how air is getting into the system.
HELP!
