probably a domestic sparky with an interest would be better. or try a caravan dealer/servicer.

why thanks lee that could be appreciated when i have the van finished i am sure i could mission to yours some how ! if you could give me a price i could save some penny s so would you need the van for the whole day or longer ?

IIRC you have to get your 240 leccy done by someone who can issue a certificate, just like if a sparky did some wiring in your kitchen or replaced the main fuse board in the house - some auto electricians won't touch 240 due to the new rules and regs. Mine won't.
You can of course put it all in your self and pay a sparky to connect the wires - but a lot of sparkies (understandably) don't like working like this as it can be just as much hassle to fix possible problems than doing the whole job themselves.
