pierburg carb

We have been having problems with our t25 1.9 watercooled. have changed plugs, coil, fuel pump, now thinking carb is the problem. does anyone know where we can source a pierburg 2E3/2E4 CARB? :cry:

Does it definately need replaced? Gasure do a refurb on them quite cheap, also Gower and Lee do mail order refurb service. Might save you a few quid.

Year of van? Exact nature of problem?
Might a rebuild kit be a less expensive way forward?
E bay + parts for sale on this site for replacdement?

Wilma has not been running right for a while, thought it was an electrical problem. have taken apart the carb and cleaned jets still no improvement to running, coughing and spluttering, hesitant and cuts out

that could be water in the tank, fuel filter, air leak.. lot's of reasons.
Start by eliminating potential issues from the tank
is the fuel filter a mess?
is there water in it?

air leak.. are perished/pulled off vacuum hoses, Vacuum servo hose split or perished, carb gasket ( X 2) split.

changed fuel filter and pump, no sign of water in it. carb looks worn
