81 joker, there is a knock on the front right side wheel station when going over bumps, I have checked all the joints bushes and bearings( slight play). I can't see feel anything a miss so any ideas?

It only happened after playing about in the snow

Check the shock absorber and the front spring especially its mountings ,its possible the spring/ damper may have snapped or come loose......Mark

Checked those to mark, that's why I am totally stumped new shocks new springs new bearings new top wishbone bushes and top ball joint and still knocking?

can you get someone into the van and you listen while they hang on the door and rock it?

did you change the shocks and stuff or a garage?

I do all my own work on the van I am that anal I mark all nuts to make sure they don't move.

It's sounds def suspension based but I have done the rocking and levering on the bushes joints and it only happens when in motion I am totally stumped.

I keep going over for a look when I go out for a gag to seeif I have missed something. All the joints got a liberal coating a WD40 to to see if something was sticking

Had another good look today bearing adjusted again feels like the knock is wheel based, now time for a stub axle me thinks
