I am trying to change the main headlamp bulbs (they are NOT round lamps) they are the dual square lamps. So why oh why of why does the manual ONLY show round lamps.
The manual says remove the lamp securing screws...yeh ok so why does the SQUARE Lamps only have adjusting screws...and NO securing screws...
can anyone tell me what the hell i'm supposed to do?
Its driving me mad...and i need a drink before i scream...

look at the four mounting tabs on the lamp body to body work.
undo them and the lamps as a whole come away. the bulbs are at the rear!!

don't "cock" your headlamp aim up by moving the adjuster screws! the headlamps are suspended (for want of a better word) in a frame, it is the self tapping type screws than hold this frame to the car body that you need to remove.
Obviously the black plastic grille needs taking off first (turn the screws through 90 degrees to release the row of top fasteners)
H4 twin fillement and if you haven't already brought any go for the super brite Osram or phillips ones that give extra light for the same power.
Osram Night Breaker or Phillips X-Treme which give 80-90% more light!
