2ltr CU with the std Gasure LPG conversion

Why is it you always run out of camping gas at the worst possible time.

Just wondering if you can fit a Gaslow bottle in line with the Filler so every time I fill up I fill the Gaslow as well.

I know I can get a second filler but would rather just have the one.

As I understand it Liquid gas bottles and tanks have to have a specific volume of non-liquid gas sitting above the liquid gas so as to compensate for differences in volume do to temperature change. In large tanks like gas transporters this is hyper critical. The expansion of the liquide in even small temperature changes is very capable of splitting the tank where no such void exists. There have been a number of fatal accidents due to this precaution being ignored. I believe that even small tanks/bottles if overfilled are capable of venting or rupturing. So on top of the hazards available in uncertified processes this is another area of risk.

Don't mess with it Keith, either buy a proper underslung leisure tank or a correctly stored Gaslow cylinder with the correct filling apparatus ... the possible consequences of getting it wrong are not worth the extra expense.

would love underslung but the sums dont add up for me looks like a Gaslow with filler or two 3.9Kg.
