Insurance Repairs.........

Not sure if anyone can help, some numbnuts scraped my van this weekend, superficial lines from the wing mirror but it has also caused a big dint in the side panel on the wheel arch and the actual bumper. Luckily he owned up so his insurance is going to sort it out, but should I let her go to the regular insurance garage or use a VW specialist, and does anyone know any in Manchester please? Thanks in advance, she is our new baby and we haven't even been able to camp in her yet :O(
