Engine Splash Guard

Anybody have any photos or info on :ok an engine splash guard that covers the bottom half of the engine on a MV 2.1 petrol.

My Doka only came with pushrod shrouds and the engine bay was full of mud and the odd stone or two when I got it.

My plan is to keep the engine bay as dust and water free as possible by fitting a wrap around type of tinware and then a bash plate on the rail guards,

but just cant get any info on what VW fitted originally and might be readily available............... :ok

Thanks for the offer Jed but those are what I've already got fitted to the Doka,

What I am looking for is the rest of the tinware that attaches to these and wraps around the bottom of the engine encasing it altogether.

I'm not sure but I think Russell has a set fitted to his orange Doka as I am sure I spotted them on one of your video clips when Mud Plugging in Wales......... :?:

Ah! These are the diesel sump protection bash plate and associated noise-suppresion (lined) side panel attachments

Is this a disl and if so, do you have the gbox/engine/sump underrun bash-plate?

If you have the push rod tube covers fitted and the two other bits clive posted thats all you get on a petrol engine i am afraid. The engine shroud Russel has is a deisel only bit. The rear engine guard is alot different on a deisel too, more meaty.

Thanks for the info guys looks like I'll have to fab something up myself.
The reason being I got my rocker cover dinged crossing a rocky river bed which caused a bad oil leek that would have been terminal had it not been spotted before the end of our drive that day.
Any body else come up with something to stop rocks or tree stumps thumping the push rods tubes or rocker covers on a MV Petrol Engine???????????????????????? :ok
