ok it drives but..............

revs to not cut back quick enough for me when changing gear (donor car was an auto) ..........

and there is no throttle responce sometimes let off put back down and off it go's....do I need the brake switch
input connected ?

Alco pump clicks when you attach battery and drains over night what have I done wrong ?

wow that realy useful.....the preice of a mtdi pump is putting me off......

well its obviously wired up wrong!

you will need a wiring diagram or some pics may help?

Oviousily you are guessing.....maybe a complete lack of speed sensor ?

or and faulty acccelarator sensor.....had the whole Audi so belive wirerd correctly. NO pics needed diagram possibilty.

AND have you checked the wiring diagram?
At the end of the day you came on here looking for advice - it's a forum
IF people want to help they will if they don't they won't
You won't get much advice by sparring forums up against forums

With an attitude like that perhaps you should go and ask on other forums I have access to full diag's for that engine but wouldnt go out my way to help ya now!

If your asking if needs brake light switch signal YOU HAVE NOT WIRED it properly fact no guessing.

seems to be a faulty accelerotor senser thing.....so was wired up ok

I was just hoping someone had the same symptoms I did not expect a remote diagnoses...
