Hi there

Could anyone recomend a manual for an 83' 1.6D please.
I have seen the Haynes transporter one that covers the year but it does say petrol in brackets so wouldn't cover the diesel engine and can't find another Haynes that will.

just kampers do a manual for a 1.6 diesel. its fairly basic but will get you out of a hole.

I've got the haynes, ok for none engine stuff.
the just kampers manual, about as compreshensive as the daily sport and of little use
bently's I downloaded illegally but the pdf was appaling so I bought a copy and feel confident in my purchase
If you want to buy a bargain copy of the other two drop me a line

People buy the VW Golf manual for the engine apparently.
