JX / AAZ flywheel help??

Any suggestions.....

I am struggling to remove the cluth bolts from my JX flywheel.....so tight the cap heads ard rounding!! :(

any tools to help, or can anyone over me another JX flywheel for my AAZ conversion....atleast until i can get the old clutch off :!:

Does anyone know what type of flywheel i would need, is it a T25 only part :?: :?:

I've got one you can swap Kieran if your desperate - but i dont know how i'll get it to you.

Give me yours back when you get it off!

I've never had a problem getting them off TBH.

Irwin Bolt Grips will get them out, available machine mart etc....also excellent on knackered cv bolts and in fact on anything if you have the full set and the add on set covers everything 8mm to 17mm and imperial

I have a full set of them there brill!!! plus ?I've had some real pig of a job ones and they undone them and I was giving them some hammer!

for the record....

machinemart coundn't help :( - irwin tools only seem suitable for bolts, not cap heads!! :?

but an hammer, chiesel and a star bit (used like an alan bit) and hammered in, did remove all bolts.. :D

"Balls" - use them for this purpose all the time and they work on phillips head screws too
