Have seen many who should know better try adjusting 30 PICT 3, 34 PICT 3 cold idle screw to set idle the way earlier carbs were. When engine is warm on late model carbs, the cold idle screw should not be contacting the cold start cam lobe (choke).

Yup, ta, could be useful for Aircooled owners so Wiki'd the carb and ignition ones...
