HELP

Im hoping someone can tell me where Im going wrong with our roof. We have recently had a viking roof and bellows fitted to our T25 including all the workings of the bed etc. Our van already had an identical roof but the previous owner had ripped the guts out, we found and old identical one and had it fitted to ours. The problem is, when we collected it, the roof was down and locked in position. Since using it and having the roof up, we cannot get it to shut all the way, there is nothing obvious stopping it. Is there some trick of getting it to shut totally with ease? Its very frustrating. Can anyone suggest what may be wrong? Im assuming the mattresses are designed to stow away in the roof when down.....arent they?
Any suggestions wold be most welcome :ok

Hi - I have a transplanted viking roof.

When I collapse it,, with the roof supports still locked up...

1. from the inside, pull the bed eextension bar in as far as possible, easing the canvas over the top
2. Go outside, and push the bar to make sure its all the way in.
3. work along the van, tucking the canvas in as flat as possible over the bed.
4. Remove the strut locks, and lower the roof. If you have the centre strut working, it should lower to that and stop. Mine is not present, so I lower mine onto 4 by 4 blocks located ont the gutter. This then gives you about 10=12 inches of working space, to tuck the canvas in all round - don't forget the back!
5. When its all away, pull the roof down the remaining bit.

Then, that should be job done.
