Hi,
Does anyone know of any decent campsites that have things to do like, quadbiking, poney trecking, swimming. Hoping to go away for the first time in the new van and it takes ages trying to look at every campsite webpage!
Cheers

BTW Im not really fussed where the campsite is, but I do live in Chester so the nearer the better maybe...... :ok

Can't direct you to anything particular but I'm sure you'd find something North Wales or Lake District that would suit.

Have fun!

This camp about a mile outside Cheddar Gorge has a swimming not only has the Gorge nearby, but has a great BMX track on site, and mountain biking and walking in the hills.

Look out for the European BMX championships.

Try the Forest Holidays site at Glenmore, not far from Aviemore. They have a Loch next door where you can hire kayaks, skiing up Cairngorm if there is any snow, great mountain biking and walking, sled dog rides, leisure centre in Aviemore, Landmark centre further south. Lots of shopping up in Inverness by train from Aviemore.

We spent a week there about 3 years ago and it was fantastic.
